The arsonist arrested yesterday (16 April) after causing the fire at the Coil petrol station in Piazza Caduti sul Lavoro had already ended up in handcuffs two days earlier, on Sunday morning.

This is revealed by Carlino Ravenna on newsstands today.

The boy – a 25 year old originally from Mali – had been arrested on charges of robbery against a fellow countryman. Both would be homeless, caught occupying an abandoned building. The time of the validation hearing – underlines the Pug – and was back on the loose.
