In recent days in Il Mattino I mentioned the name of Massimiliano Allegri as a possible Napoli coach for next year. This explains my provocation.

That whoever is ultimately chosen may appear to be a fallback. Like someone you get to because others have said no. I reiterate that I do not consider the Conte hypothesis realistic because, as I have stated several times, it would have an unsustainable impact on the company’s balance sheet. And he would be temperamentally very likely to enter into a collision course with the president. Just as I believe that Italiano does not give the guarantees of reliability that a team like Napoli cannot give up.

Therefore, in my opinion, Allegri, Gasperini and Pioli remain in the mix. Well, whichever of the three the choice were to fall on would still be an extremely positive decision. In essence, and without the usual alchemy that brings into play modules and modules, three-man defenses and thirty-three defenses, they are all professionals of the highest level.
