On the occasion of the sixth edition of Carabellesiano National Certamenational competition on the work of the philosopher from Molfetta Pantaleo Carabellesethe Bisceglie area Simona Di Molfetta was awarded second place.

The student of the 5th scientific address of “Da Vinci” High School of Bisceglie particularly stood out with a rating of 92/100.

The competition, organized by “Da Vinci-Einstein” Classical-Scientific High School of Molfetta in collaboration with Opera Pia Monte di Pietà and Confidences Foundation, was held last April 11th, after a series of preparatory meetings with internationally renowned academics on the topic covered. The students took on a written test which included a critical argument on the theses expressed by the philosopher as translator and interpreter of Immanuel Kant.

The turnout of male and female students from different Italian regions seems to attest that the interest and aptitude for reading and discussing the classics of philosophy are still alive in Italian schools and the success of our student testifies to the care and preparation with which our school community approaches the study of humanistic disciplines such as philosophy in a time in which the world seems to be moving in an increasingly hyper-technological and hyper-technical direction.
