ANCONA A treasure of almost 16 million to be used to build or purchase new apartments and start maintenance work. These are the resources deriving from sales of the building stock arranged by Erap Marchewhich the regional council recently decided to use according to a plan for the reinvestment of proceeds from disposals which will increase and improve the supply of public residential housing in the provinces of Ancona, Fermo, Macerata and Pesaro Urbino.
The heritage
The resources, which amount to 15,859,056 euros to be precise, must be reinvested by law, as the regional department for public residential construction explains in a note, «to increase and enhance the housing stock (through new construction interventions, purchase -recovery, maintenance) or to cover any situations of financial deficit of Erap Marche”.
The reinvestment proposal presented by the regional body for public housing, then voted by the regional council, will support a broader investment plan which provides for the greater use of resources in the province of Ancona, where 7,030,000 euros will be allocated for the purchase of housing to be allocated to subsidized housing, another 700 thousand for new constructions of ERP housing in subsidized housing, 3.1 million for the purchase/recovery of ERP housing in subsidized housing and 400 thousand for maintenance work on Erap housing.
The Peep Collevario
In the province of Macerata, 3,478,927 euros were allocated for the construction of 12 subsidized ERP housing units in the area of the Municipality of Macerata, lot 2 Peep in the Collevario area, while for the completion of lot 3 of the same Peep, which includes 14 housing units subsidized construction, 2,097,540 euros are allocated. Another 100 thousand euros will be allocated to maintenance interventions on accommodation owned or managed by Erap.
1,650,000 euros are allocated to the province of Fermo for the purchase of housing (with possible recovery) to be allocated to subsidized housing, while for Pesaro Urbino maintenance interventions have been decided for Erap housing at a cost of 1.5 million. The new construction and purchase interventions (with or without recovery) must be located in municipalities with high housing tension or provincial capital, or in municipalities with over 25,000 inhabitants and in those of social territorial areas, «provided that the municipality is equipped with a valid ranking and the number of accommodations to be built or purchased or recovered is not greater than the number of outstanding applications present in the ranking with a score greater than four”.
Among the municipalities receiving the interventions are also those that present updated rankings for the assignment of ERP housing with at least 50 unsatisfied requests. The neighboring municipalities or those in the same social territorial area, to satisfy the requirements and add up the number of outstanding applications, can set up forms of association to allocate the accommodation for the benefit of the competitors present in the assignment rankings of the participating municipalities, in proportion to the number of outstanding applications. or based on criteria agreed between the Municipalities.
