During the hearing on Friday 5 April, the defendant’s defense lawyer, the lawyer Nicola Marani, who had made a request for a conditional summary procedure to the acquisition of two short videos shot by his client’s brother during the fight, he had asked for absolution of the 23 year old since his reaction would have been subsequent to an arbitrary or illegitimate act by the police who, not having with them the precautionary custody order in prison of which the young man was the recipient, they would convinced to follow them to the barracks – where they would then have notified him of the document – ​​with the ‘Excuse me‘ that the car he was in was stolen.
