They robbed and attacked a disabled boy, four young people reported by the police

After a long investigation that started in the summer of 2021, the Novara state police identified the alleged perpetrators of a robbery against a boy who was just over 18.

The facts date back to July 2021, when a boy, 19 years old and disabled at the time, showed up with his mother at the police station to report a theft and an assault.
During his story to the officers, the boy explained that four boys, after accusing him of stealing a moped, had taken him to a garage inside a public housing complex in Sant’Agabio and that after slapping him they had grabbed him the cell phone which contained 30 euros inside the cover. After asking to get his things back and not getting them, the 19-year-old ran away to avoid being attacked again.

The young man, together with his mother, then requested the intervention of the police. After the complaint, the flying squad began an investigation which led to the release of four boys from Novara, among whom one was a minor at the time of the events and two already charged with police convictions for crimes against property. , for aggravated robbery in competition, to the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Novara and to the Public Prosecutor’s Office of the Juvenile Court of Turin.
