From that moment on, the man, moved by jealousy, began to monitor his wife and call her frequently to investigate her whereabouts. Then, there was a rapprochement between them and they returned to living together, but the man, after a period of tranquility, had decided to put cameras in the house to continuously monitor his wife and children in all their movements.
Furthermore, the man had repeatedly insulted his children and, on occasion, had resorted to physical violence with kicks, slaps, pushes and hair pulling, to reprimand them if he believed they had engaged in incorrect or imprecise conduct, often for very different reasons. trivial. And these attitudes were held continuously and repeatedly over time, with disproportionate and excessive reactions to every slightest failure of the children.
Therefore, the soldiers of the Casalbuttano station started the investigations, finding confirmation of what was reported by the victim and reported to the judicial authority which, taking into account the gravity, the frequency of the mistreatment and the dangerousness of such conduct, issued the precautionary measure , requiring the man to leave the family home because coexistence within the home was no longer possible, also requiring him not to go near the places frequented by his wife. The measure was immediately notified by the Carabinieri of Casalbuttano.
