For the eighteenth edition Mediaset has decided to “shuffle the cards” by focusing on a new “Island of the Famous“: “Vladimir Luxuria will lead the Island of the Famous which will experience a new phase with stories at the centre”, the CEO announced at the end of January Pier Silvio Berlusconi.
