Tomorrow, Saturday 30 March, will be a day of strike for the staff of companies that apply the Ccnl of Organized modern distribution – Federdistribuzione. The abstention from work for the entire day was announced by the unions Filcams Cgil, Fisascat Cisl and Uiltucswith mobilizations and demonstrations also in Tuscany.
Companies in the sector include supermarkets, hypermarkets, discount stores, Cash&Carry, department stores and large outlets specializing in non-food products.
The basis of the strike, he explains in a note, is the breakdown in negotiations with Federdistribuzione due to the failure to renew the national collective labor contract 4 years after its expiry.
During the day of mobilization, the unions explain, “Flash mobs will be held near the sales points of the most representative companies in each province of our Region” as well as possible impromptu demonstrations where the territorial federations should promote them.
“Workers – say Stefano Nicoli, Alessandro Gualtieri and Marco Conficconigeneral secretaries of Filcams Cgil, Fisascat Cisl and Uiltucs Toscana – are disappointed and tired”.
