With Determination of the Director of the Research and International Relations Section 26 March 2024, n. 129, published in BURP n. 26 of 28 March 2024, the public notice “Invitation to submit applications for registration” was issued aimed at establishing the regional register of entities operating in partnership, international cooperation and promotion of the culture of human rights – year 2024, referred to in the art. 9 of LR 20/2003 “Partnership for cooperation”, with a consultative function for the Regional Council.
In accordance with the notice, the following applicants (public and private) can apply for registration: Public bodies, Local bodies, Non-governmental organizations, Associations registered in regional registers, School/university institutions, Private bodies, Intergovernmental bodies, Research entities, Professional associations and orders, Trade associations, Training institutes, Credit institutions, Trade union organizations , Companies and cooperatives.
Requirements for private entities:
- have development cooperation activities among its objectives;
- have an operational headquarters in the Apulian territory, with documented activity in Puglia for at least 2 years;
- not be in conflict of interest with the Puglia Region Authority, due to a previous or ongoing dispute.
Applicants must submit an application for registration to the Puglia Region – Economic Development Department – Research and International Relations Section, exclusively electronically using the online service available on https://moduli.regione.puglia.it/completed in every part and accompanied by all the required attachments, under penalty of inadmissibility to the procedure, by accessing via SPID, CIE or CNS, starting from the day following the publication of this Notice in the Official Bulletin of the Puglia Region (BURP) and by and no later than 11.59pm on 28 April 2024.
