The exhibition: previews, exhibition itinerary, start up area

VTM 2024 presents a futuristic vision of urban mobility, with more efficient and sustainable transport: the integration of autonomous electric vehicles, intelligent transport networks, advanced car and bike sharing systems, and electric vehicle charging infrastructure, together with micromobility and eVTOL, as a solution to create an intermodal and sustainable system.

This is the common thread which leads the exhibition of vehicles, innovations and solutions for the mobility of the future, all conceived, designed and produced in Piedmont: 26 companies highlight the skills of a territory cradle of technologies and skills that respond precisely to these future changes. Important national previews are presented at VTM: the prototype of Kimera’s EVO 38, a reinterpretation of the iconic Lancia sports car built in Turin; the 273 Potenza by MAT – Manifattura Automobili Torino, a unique supercar that combines top quality materials, authentic design and advanced engineering with advanced performance; H2 Speed is Pininfarina’s innovative vision of a high-performance track car based on revolutionary hydrogen technology; The advanced style center GFG Style exhibits the GFG Kangaroo, a two-seater electric Hyper-SUV concept car designed by Fabrizio Giugiaro, two seats with 4-wheel drive and 4-wheel steering. the Dumarey group presents the 6.6-liter V8 engine powered exclusively by hydrogen, an e-fuel, which includes hydrogen, a valid alternative to achieve the decarbonization of the transport sector.

It will also be possible to find other innovations on display: the self-driving electric Trolleybus by Blue Engineering; Fillee, Reefilla’s innovative and powerful electric vehicle mobile charging solution; MacFly, the 2Electron software that recreates the driving sensations of an internal combustion engine on electric vehicles; GTL 8X1, self-driving electric micro-vehicle for personal mobility within AlbaRobot structures; an e-Bike from Mobilitas in collaboration with Zeroundici, a vehicle designed for company e-bike fleets, equipped with integrated GPS for the certification of the km traveled and therefore the CO2 saved; EPICO, the first Italian full electric vehicle conceived by Regis Motors (Mecaprom Engineering) for the transport of goods and designed with automotive standards, approved as a heavy quadricycle which, with its small size and cycling characteristics, allows you to transport goods easily and economically ; the scale reproduction of FEV’s eVTOL (vertical take-off vehicle) Sky Cab, concept design of an air taxi; Teoresi presents research and development projects such as MOST and ENVELOPE in which it collaborates in the field of software-defined-vehicles and new 5G and 6G technology solutions applied to self-driving and connected cars.

There is an entire area dedicated to the 20 start-ups from Italy, Japan and Israel: a real workshop of innovative ideas that offers solutions linked to sustainability in terms of electrification, connectivity, autonomous driving, infotainment, cybersecurity and new mobility. Also present were numerous international diplomatic delegations and representations interested in developing contacts and relationships with local companies and institutions.
