Inaugurated today in Pavilion 1 of the Lingotto in Turin, in the presence of local institutions, the fourth edition of VTM – Vehicle & Transportation Innovation Meetings, the only international business convention in Italy dedicated to the future and innovation of the automotive and transport sectors . VTM, promoted by the Piedmont Region and the Turin Chamber of Commerce and organized by abe in collaboration with Ceipiemonte and ICE Agency.
During the opening speeches, the President of the Piedmont Region Alberto Cirio made an important announcement in front of an audience of automotive decision makers and buyers: the birth of the “Vehicle Valley” association which aims to develop, consolidate and promote the district Piedmontese automotive and mobility technology company.
230 buyers and decision makers representing 90 important key player mobility companies, with 235 suppliers present from all over the world, of which 90 from Piedmont. Over 4,000 organized B2Bs are scheduled, a number that will increase during the days of the convention. Autotech Venture intervened by outlining the main technological areas of interest for large investment companies. Finally, Stellantis traced a roadmap on sustainable mobility combined with a dedicated panel in which Accenture, Dumarey Group, FEV Europe, Texa, Vishay and Hyundai Mobis participated, followed by an in-depth analysis on Artificial Intelligence and connectivity in which ART, Blue Engineering and CSI.
