The big match of the 30th day of the Eccellenza Group B championship ends without goals between Alessandro Settineri’s Modica Calcio and Giovanni Campanella’s Enna, a match that marks the farewell to football played by Francesco Vindigni, the immense rossoblù captain who before the match was was awarded by the company. At the start of the 4th minute, the first chance comes from Enna with Cocimano who shoots out from an advantageous position. In the 12th minute Parisi runs down the right, passes the ball into the area for Famà who heads badly. In the 29th minute, Modica continues to push again with Parisi as the protagonist who slaloms past an opponent and finds space to finish, but his diagonal shot ends up just wide with Di Carlo beaten. In the 35th minute, a great ballistic gesture by Cacciola who kicks towards Di Carlo’s goal, hitting the post and then the crossbar with the ball appearing to have crossed the goal line, but Mr. Haba from the Caltanissetta section waves to continue amid the rossoblù protests . In the 69th minute the guests had a well-thought-out plan that freed Cocimano with a shot, the midfielder shot with first intention and found a providential deflection from a rossoblù team which thwarted the threat. In the 71st minute, Cocimano’s long-distance shot was called again and he desperately looked for the twentieth to catch Savasta at the top of the scorers’ table, but Marino grabbed the ball without any worries. On the other side Alfieri’s right winger without success. In the 73rd minute the rossoblù captain Vindigni leaves the field to the applause of the crowd.
