The Grosseto Police Headquarters communicates that, for a few days now, the number of appointments for the delivery of the necessary documentation for the passport issuance within the ordinary online agenda, which can be reached at the following link https://passaportonline.poliziadistato.it.

For those who are unable to find a useful appointment within the aforementioned ordinary agenda, it has been introduced a new mode to make your reservation.

If dates compatible with your needs are not available in the “ordinary appointments” section of the online diary and you need to leave within 30 daysit will be possible to view the section “priority appointments”.

You will then be able to consult the availability of the Police Headquarters for the following two weeks and make an appointment.

The necessary documents

The interested party must therefore present himself at the counters on the pre-arranged day the following documents: the booking receipt, the passport request form completed in all its fields, the self-certification of urgency and the documents proving the declared need (travel ticket).

In the event that there is no availability even in the priority appointments section, the system will offer a “print emergency form” button, which will allow the citizen to fill in, print and sign a form in which he or she can self-certify the need for leave within 15 days. The form must be delivered to the Passport Office together with the paper documentation proving the urgency and the documentation necessary to request the passport, from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 to 12.00.

The issuance of the passport will thus be ensured within the times requested by the user.
