Queues in the cold and barely visible displays: the Cuneo Local Health Authority sampling center in the crosshairs

The protest against the management of the ASL Cn1 sampling center in Cuneo, in via Boggio, comes from a reader, Mr. Pierluigi Parenti: “We note that those who chose this situation were not even aware of the difficulties and inconvenience it causes to users”.

There is a time reservation service for collection, the reader presses, “It’s a shame that you have to wait in the rain or snow to check your shift number on the external display. Users are left outside for unspecified attention when the hundreds of people in the waiting room are packed to capacity”.

It doesn’t get any better once you enter, Parenti continues: “The display with the booking number to access the counters is located in an upper corner, inside the counters, with very little visibility”. It would have been better, the user suggests, to insert a vocal announcement to call the various numbers or to place the display in front of the counters.

“Users are quite confused by this system and the complaints are endless” assures the author of the letter, addressing an ironic thank you to “an excellent mind with foresight that chose this situation to which we owe all our immense gratitude as users, for the path we have to face on a daily basis. To check the situation you could go any morning and take note of what has been specified with your own eyes. On behalf of the users, best regards”.
