An engaged couple breaks up and a fight breaks out between the families. It happened in Riesi, in the province of Caltanissetta, where the carabinieri arrested five people. The litigants, a 52-year-old postman, a 55-year-old worker, a 48-year-old employee, a 33-year-old physiotherapist and a 23-year-old university student, at the height of an argument, allegedly beat each other up until the arrival of the police.

Three of them, injured, were transported to the hospitals of Mazzarino and Gela. Those arrested, all without criminal records, were taken to house arrest. Judge Nicoletta Frasca, after the validation of the arrests, ordered for everyone the precautionary measure of the obligation to report to the judicial police.

At the beginning of March a man was seriously injured during an argument that took place late yesterday evening in Paternò. The man, a Moroccan, was apparently hit with a stabbed weapon and was admitted to the San Marco hospital in Catania. The carabinieri of the local company, who intervened on the spot, with 118 personnel, also found other compatriots of the victim, at least two, with abrasions and in a clear state of alteration, probably due to the intake of alcohol. The hypothesis is that there was an argument between them. A list that could go on and on.
