The anomalies found, including the absence of the CE marking (synonymous with certified quality), triggered the immediate administrative seizure and the reporting of the owner of the business to the Chamber of Commerce of Bologna for violations of articles 6,7,9 and 11 of Legislative Decree 206 of 2005 (Consumer Code), for which an administrative fine ranging from a minimum of €516 to a maximum of €25,823 is envisaged.
