Sanremo. The annual assembly of Italia Nostra Ponente Ligure will take place on Saturday 27 April at 5pm at the Lutheran church in Corso Garibaldi 37, which this year will be an assembly open to all local entities involved in environmental issues. «We want to know and make known the open disputes, the initiatives undertaken, the actions that still await us with a view to the increasingly broad convergence on the protection of the precious territory of the Ponente. There will be guests representing other associations, committees and citizens who will testify to the emerging issues relating to the management of our territory” they comment from the association.
Eng. will be present. Roberto Cuneo, National Councilor of ITALIA NOSTRA, who will bring us the greetings of the National Presidency and who will talk about the regasification plant project in nearby Savona.
The scheduled interventions will follow, including: the Arch. Italo Muratore President of the Cross-Border Landscape Observatory Association of the Italian-French Riviera on the links between the two territories; Andrea Floris of the newly formed Natura Intemelia Association and the Nervia oasis; the representation of the PAT Committee on the management of urban greenery in Sanremo; Mauro Giampaoli of Attac Imperia on the issue of public water in the Province; the geologist Raffaello Anfossi on water supply projects in Valle Argentina and alternatives to the dam; Carlo Bagnasco on the artistic and historical treasures of the Province and in particular on Villa Mariani in Bordighera; the members Luca De Vincenzi on the examples of monumental trees in our area, Laura Rebaudo on the protection of the centuries-old Pigna oak (the largest in Liguria), Daniela Lantrua on the critical issues of the internal areas.
There will be space for other interventions and questions from the public. Citizens are cordially invited, free entry.
