The ASL 3 of Genoa and the hospital medical commission of La Spezia have in fact given the green light to a substantial compensation in favor of a Genoese citizen who in 2021 underwent the Astrazeneca anti-Covid vaccination, immediately reporting serious adverse reactions.
Specifically FEP (these are the initials of the 37-year-old citizen resident in Genoa) dated 26 March 2021 was undergoing the first dose of the AstraZeneca vaccine – reconstructs the Codacons who legally followed the story – Two weeks after the injection a appears hematoma on the left hemithorax, and the situation worsens after the second dose of the vaccine, which took place on 10 June 2021, when known red spots on the ankles and bruises on the buttocks. The military department of forensic medicine of La Spezia, territorially competent, at the request of ASL 3 acquired the documentation and, after having subjected the citizen to a health assessment, has now established the causal link between vaccination and the onset of the reported pathologies , writing in the minutes that “The onset of chronic immune-mediated thrombocytopenia (ITP) which affected Mr FEP a few days after the first vaccination procedure with the AstraZzeneca vaccine for Covid-19 certainly constitutes a serious adverse reaction (harmful and unintentional response to a vaccination for which it is possible to establish a causal or concausal relationship with the vaccination itself) potentially triggered by the procedure itself, in a previously healthy subject”.
The ASL 3 of Genoa and the Hospital Medical Commission of La Spezia, thanks to the battle started by Codacons, have thus given the green light to the compensation due to the citizen for damage caused by vaccination, considering the “permanent impairment of psychophysical integrity”with a lifetime compensation in the form of a bimonthly check equal to, according to the latest ministerial tables, 1,740.77 euros.
