On December 31, 1993 it was the end of the relationship between Al Bano Carrisi and Romina Power as everyone knew it. In fact, that night the eldest daughter of the couple disappeared, Ylenia Carrisi, still not found. From that moment on, life for the two changed radically: the pain consumed them and slowly they drifted apart until the irreparable.
Ylenia’s disappearance shook all of Italy: already at the time the affection for the two artists was very much and all Italians rallied around the couple after hearing of the terrible episode. In the video, photos of Romina as a young woman and those of her children alternate, including the girl. The singer, like every year, he wanted to remember his children on the occasion of his eldest daughter’s birthday. The pain is still strong for her, and obviously also for Al Bano: the two have never been able to face together this serious loss that has marked them forever.
