The agreement for the Giovanni Mari stadium has expired
Legnano – “As already said in the last few weeks nothing changes – rsays Legnano’s Sports Councilor, Guido Bragato, when asked about the Legnano Calcio situation also in light of the expiry of the agreement which occurred yesterday, Sunday 30 June. “The Convention – goes on –it is the tool that will be found when all situations are clear. As we have already said – and reiterates it again – we want Legnano to continue playing there and for this reason we have started the work, so that the pitch will be ready to be used when the situation is resolved.”
Everything is at a standstill, at least administratively speaking, around Via Pisacane where Legnano Calcio handed over the keys of the Giovanni Mari stadium to the Municipality. Everything is still, just as it was left on the last Sunday of May, when the Palio di Legnano 2024 was run. Just a few weeks ago the Notice of start of works by the Municipality of Legnano. At Palazzo Malinverni we wait. But what are we waiting for?
“We waited because there are some situations to clarify – explains the councilor – one of all that of share situation. Once everything is defined, the right administrative agreement will also be found.”
