Neither of the two teams in play is surprising in terms of skill and ease. It’s a shame that in the last heat the latter don’t bring home a stellar performance, because they often use wildcards where it’s easy to reach and halve the initial prize money of 118 thousand euros several times, arriving at the very last step with 29,500 euros. The word that what the terms “news” and “equal” have in common is “corresponding” (the initials “co” and the final “e” are the uncovered letters), but the Polpositions focus instead on “common” after buying the third element, lowering the prize pool to a total of 17,750 euros. The controversies on social media
As always, there is no shortage of controversy on social mediaparticularly on X (formerly Twitter), where users attack Polpositions because they are considered weak: they make mistakes and appear uncertain even though the last chain is very easy “When I see these chains so simple and understandable even by a child I think of the senseless ones they gave to Dai and Dai“, writes one user, while someone else can’t believe the simplicity of these chains: “Alright. These chains are for kindergarten!“, or: “Can I say they’re a little basic?“. Still others focus on one detail: “A chain to do without jokers“, “They throw the jokers on simple solutions“, “When the competitors play the joker on an easy word put on purpose so as not to use it, it is the apotheosis“.
