Teresa will discover something disturbing: the girl will find some of Jimena’s underwear stained with blood and will be alarmed. Distraught, she will run to inform Mauro who – in her turn – will tell Manuel: the Marquis will be frightened at the idea that his wife is ill and Jana will feel even more guilty for the romantic moment spent with Lujàn. Meanwhile, Cruz will not be able to forget the day spent at the Garden Party and will continue to be furious with Margarita: it was her sister-in-law who spread the rumors that made the courtiers believe that hers is a family of social climbers. The two marquises will discover that their brothers-in-law have announced that Martina and Antonio’s engagement party will be held at La Promessa and they will be furious for not having even been consulted.
In the meantime, Master Orengo will ask Candela to marry him but she, although initially happy, will ask him for time and then ask Simona for advice. Catalina will succeed in her aim of letting Maria obtain a permit to accompany Salvador to undergo surgery: the two young people will leave La Promessa, hoping to return with excellent news.
