Demet Ozdemir and Oguzhan Koc they divorced. There has been talk of a crisis between the singer and the actress in the Turkish media for some time. The couple confirmed the rumors in a statement: “It is true that we have not been able to make our marriage work and we have decided to divorce“.
“We know that this decision, which we have made with mutual respect, will also affect our families and we are doing our best to carry this process forward in the most delicate way without upsetting anyone,” they added in the statement.
Demet Ozdemir, 31, and Oguzhan Koc, 38, were married last August. The spark between the two had struck after several years of friendship. The couple had formalized the relationship in February 2021 with a shot on social media. On February 14, 2022, the marriage proposal had arrived. And on August 28, 2022, they got married in Istanbul. On May 8, after just over eight months, they divorced in a single court hearing.
Demet Ozdemir – who has become known in Italy for having lent her face to Sanem Aydın in DayDreamer – Wings of Dream – is about to return to Canale 5 with the new series The girl and the officer.
