After the exit of Amadeus, Carlo Conti he took that vacant position, thus becoming the next artistic director of the Sanremo festival. It was during the press conference that the presenter wanted to give some previews regarding the Italian Song Festival.

After being appointed artistic director, Carlo Conti saw his daily life completely change to the point of moving from his residence in Rome to go to Florence and thus be closer to his family and the city of Sanremo.

And it is precisely in this regard that the presenter revealed: “I like the variety of food, but I moderate the quantities. If I do something crazy and put on a few kilos, then I’m careful to avoid gaining weight.” thus underlining his own sacrifices at the table in which he eliminated every type of vice.
