Chiara Ferragni and Pandoro Balocco, the Codacons move

Codacons does not give up on the case of the Balocco pandoro signed by Chiara Ferragni and announces that it will intervene at the Lazio Regional Administrative Court in the appeals presented by the influencer and Balocco on the case of the fine imposed by the Antitrust for the ‘Pink Christmas’ pandoro, which will be discussed next July 17.

The consumer association clarifies that “the intervention at the TAR is aimed at contesting point by point the requests of Ferragni and the confectionery company and dismantling the absurd defense theses that would like to shift all responsibility onto consumers who purchased the product and who, as Ferragni herself repeated several times, would have misunderstood the messages launched by the influencer and the company”.

We will ask the TAR judges to confirm the Antitrust sanction and reject all the requests of Ferragni and Baloccostrengthened by the recent ruling of the Court of Turin which confirmed the offenses already sanctioned by the Competition Authority”, comments Codacons president Carlo Rienzi.
