Report news of Conor McGregor hitting someone outside the ring is now a practice given how many times it has happened: according to the story of Jake Gyllenhaal it also happened during the filming of Road House. Unintentionally, though. Perhaps.
It was inevitable that we would end up talking about this thing, and in fact during the Howard Stern Show the host asked Jake Gyllenhaal if McGregor actually happened to hit him during filming, making a mistake in punching.
According to Gyllenhaal’s story, it happened, but by mistake. They were working on a fight scene, then returning to the monitor to check how it turned out, with the same Conor McGregor giving Jake Gyllenhaal instructions and advice on how to fight. However, all this happened at 3 in the morning.
McGregor was very emphatic in his description, including physical, of how Gyllenhaal had to punch in Road Houseso while he showed him the blow he didn’t calculate the distance between himself and the actor well (also because according to Gyllenhaal they were all tired and it was very late) hitting him directly in the face with a punch.
