Millie Bobby Brown he confessed that he doesn’t watch too many films, not even those in which he acted. The Stranger Things star is busy on a promotional tour for her latest film Damsel, available on Netflix. A film that the young actress probably won’t watch very soon because she doesn’t like… watching films.
“I don’t watch movies” Brown confessed “People come up to me and say ‘You should definitely watch this movie, it will change your life.’ And I say ‘How long do I have to sit there?’ Because me and my brain don’t even like sitting for my own movie”.
The speech passion for cinema changes completely regarding her boyfriend Jake Bongiovi:“My boyfriend is a huge movie buff. He just sits and watches movies all day, and I can’t do that. It’s the one thing I can’t do”.
Although she is not a cinema enthusiast, Millie Bobby Brown has several preferences on the topic:“I really like Lara Croft in Tomb Raider, I love Mad Max. So, I always feel like I’m in touch with that rebellious side”.
Millie Bobby Brown just turned twenty and will soon return in the fifth and final season of Stranger Things. She the actress admitted that she can’t sit still while she watches a film in front of the screen:“I just have to do something. Either I eat too much, because I’m bored. Or I have to do something: cook, look after a dog or work on the computer. If I’m not doing something I simply can’t sit there and look at the screen for that long. It’s not that the movie isn’t epic and cinematic and brilliant, or that there aren’t some amazing performances. I love some of these actors.”.
