It appears that, so far, the legal fees have run to about half a million dollars, and the battle against Sony’s sale is still ongoing. According to Bigi’s lawyers, then, Katherine’s appeal is doomed to fail. “It is clear that the appeal is unlikely to be successful,” they write. «Given these odds, Bigi has decided not to waste his resources in participating in this appeal.
