The main problem with this engine is its timing belt, which has caused considerable problems, with customers seemingly having enough of it. The law firm has collected 4,800 registrations at the moment, and wants to ask Stellantis to compensate its customersApparently, there was no agreement between the parties involved, with the CEO Carlos Tavares and his staff who have no intention of giving in to the law firm’s requests.

According to the aforementioned lawyer, the group offered a premium of between 2,000 and 4,000 euros depending on the case, and an extension of the warranty up to 10 years or 150,000 km. Added to this is also the possibility of reimbursing clients for their legal costs, but all this was not declared sufficient by the injured parties, who are now focusing on the battle in court. The issue, therefore, is far from clear.
