In recent months we have often talked to you about one of the innovations awaited by Royal Enfield, the Guerrilla 450, spotted during some road tests in India (photos here). It is a motorcycle that was born on the new platform with a steel frame and a 450 cc single-cylinder engine with double overhead camshaft distribution capable of 40 HP of maximum power and 40 Nm of torque on which the Himalayan made its debut. Click here to find out all its technical features.

A significantly more mature technical base than the previous one, which as we expected would have given rise to further models.

The first to arrive, as we had hypothesized, is the Guerrilla 450. The confirmation comes to us from Sid Lal, general manager of Royal Enfield, who with a post on social networks announced the arrival of the Guerrilla 450 on the market, with the official presentation on July 17th.

It is a street scrambler with slightly knobby wheels and a look that recalls the bikes of this genre from the 80s, therefore round headlight, dust bellows on the fork, tank with soft lines, high and wide handlebars and a generous travel of the suspensions.

Just a few days ago we showed you the images, which you can see again below, of the sketches created by the Indian designer Pratyush Rout, who, based on the spy images captured in the last few months, depicted the Guerrilla 450 as it could have been.
