If there is perhaps one sector, among all those that, to date, at a production level, is responding presently to the enormous and virtuous process of supporting the environment, it would certainly be that of cars.
We have been hearing about environmental sustainability for years, even if for decades little progress was made and the questions were more rhetorical and random like pigs than anything else.
At a certain point, the real revolution in revolution has taken place, and in the heart of the ‘games’ at the very moment in which all the components (or almost all) looked at it from the same prospect.
Producers and institutions, market and intermediate bodies (like dealers) began to understand that there would undoubtedly be a future even without combustion engines.
And better said, the very message that environmentalists have always proposed, namely that there won’t be a future at all if we continue to think in m‘thermal’ modality, has found other outlets.
Not just electric, the future can be elsewhere
That is, this future ecologicalcan have, in addition to a complete and necessary (and no longer derogable) sense from a strictly environmental point of view, also on an economic level. Useful, in the strict and at the same time full sense of the term: that is, useful for the environment, and to generate ‘a useful‘. And so we began to encourage the sales of green cars, to produce them and put them on the assembly line, even making them a priority. It should be said that the path to the cars so-called zero emissions to date it is still quite shaky, due to some structural problems to be resolved. And there are also those among manufacturers who think that at least for some categories of cars there could be another way.
If petrol and diesel are ‘unpopular’ today, by many ‘insiders’, then, according to this interpretation, electric will not be the future: or if nothing else, not the only future. For example, there are those who have thought of, studied and produced another solution: with vehicles capable of doing things thousands of kilometers without having to stop to refuel, and avoid having to stop, perhaps for hours, for an electric recharge.
The alternative solution that some brands are pushing
The future of these vehicles should be that of combustion cells. There are companies like Ineos who hypothesize that the middle path is the real path to take: i.e. combustion cells in which they will be able to conlive combustion engines, electric and those with electricity and extended autonomy.
