With the Directorial Decree of 12 JuneThe Ministry of Business and Made in Italy he established the operating rules to get the domestic charging station bonus 2024: private individuals and condominiums will be able to request a contribution of up to 80 percent for the purchase and installation of charging systems carried out throughout the year.
Available 20 million euros. The times for the submission of the application will be established later with a notice published on the Invitalia portalmeanwhile the types of goods eligible for the relief and the procedure to follow have been clarified.
How the 2024 charging station bonus works that private individuals and condominiums can request
Based on the provisions of the Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers 4 August 2022it will also be possible to access the program in 2024 bonus domestic charging stations which allows private individuals and condominiums to access contributions for the purchase and installation of standard power infrastructures for charging vehicles powered by electricity.

The benefit covers the80 percent of the costs by limit of 1,500 euros for natural persons e 8,000 euros for condominium buildings. The following items can be considered in the amount:
- purchase and implementation of charging infrastructure, including any costs for the installation of charging stations, electrical systems, strictly necessary building works, monitoring systems and devices;
- design, works management, safety and testing costs;
- costs for connection to the electricity grid, through the activation of a new POD (point of delivery).
Application for charging station bonus 2024: instructions for private individuals and condominiums
There application for access to the column bonus is managed with a one-stop procedure: private individuals and condominiums they can submit only one request through the procedure that will be activated on Invitalia platform.
In any case, to request the contribution you will need to have SPID, CIE – electronic identity card or CNS – national services cardfor managing the request.
Once logged in, private users and condominiums will be able to fill out the application to obtain the column bonuses by entering the following data:
- tax code e identity card of the applicant, or of the pro tempore administrator with declaration of possession of the requirements or of the delegated condominium owner;
- copy of electronic invoices relating to the purchase and installation of charging infrastructure;
- extracts from Bank account which shows the payments connected to the electronic invoices relating to the purchase and installation of the charging infrastructure;
- final report relating to the investment made and the related expenses incurred;
- suitable certification of conformity issued by an installer, certifying the successful installation of the infrastructure;
- current account to receive the contribution credit.
When the contribution is requested by a condominium, the following must also be attached documents:
- copy of the delegation granted by the condominium owners;
- meeting resolution authorizing work on the common areas.
Within ninety days from the closing date of the branch, a date which will be communicated subsequently by Invitalia, the Ministry will establish the group of beneficiaries in compliance with the chronological order of receipt of the applications.
