The Spanish Royal Family had a surprise reunion and took part in a concert held at the royal palace in Madrid. Queen Letizia wore floor-length flip-flops but her daughters Leonor and Sofia did not give up heels.
L’summer 2024 is upon us but, despite this, the royals of Europe continue to be very busy with their agenda of institutional events. Thanks to the fact that both school and college lessons are now over, the princesses Leonor and Sofia of Spain they returned home, reunited with mom and dad, Letizia Ortiz and Felipe VI. Just in the last few hours there Royal Family Spanish celebrated the event by appearing in full public: the four participated together in the Ara Malikian concert which was held at the royal palace in Madrid, enchanting everyone with their elegance. The detail that didn’t go unnoticed? The queen continues to not be able to wear heels but her daughters are now taking her place.

For the Ara Malikian concert held at the royal palace, Letizia of Spain once again gave her best in terms of style. She paired an adorable gold pleated skirt by Massimo Dutti, a high-waisted, ankle-length model, with a simple black sleeveless top, completing everything with a dark maxi belt by BOSS that marked her waist. There was no shortage of Carolina Herrera’s designer clutch and a sparkling touch with an 18K gold bangle by Filigree. Her shoes made the difference: she still can’t wear heels due to her recent foot injury, she preferred a pair of floor-length flip-flops with a central bow which added a cheeky touch to the outfit summer.

Princesses Leonor and Sofia were no different in terms of elegance, indeed, they were the ones who wore heels. The former showed off a light blue outfit with black lace details by Sfera, to be precise a coordinated pencil skirt and top with thin straps, combining it with a pair of medium-heeled slingbacks by Carolina Herrera. The youngest, Sofia, preferred total white with trousers and top by Claudie Pierlot and enriched everything with metallic pumps with wide heels by Ganzitos. In short, the Spanish princesses seem to have followed in their mother’s footsteps in terms of style: will they manage to become the new fashion icons of the country?
