The team’s name comes from their lucky charm, a small blue plush octopus. Lucky charm that seems to have worked very well given that the girls have so far won more than 100 thousand euros.
The ones who challenged them, unsuccessfully, in the episode aired this evening were the Winks from Turin, Andrea, Jacopo and Mattia. After triumphing at the Intesa Vincente, the Polpositions arrived at the Last Chain with 110 thousand euros. At the end of the game, at the last word, which was VIEW, Cristina, Elisa and Tecla arrived with 6,875 euros. The next word began with PO and ended with E. The Champions then decided to buy the third element, WATER, and for 3,438 euros they tried to guess the solution with the word BRIDGE. But that wasn’t the right answer. The right one was, in fact, BEARER.

Someone emphasized the fact that the champions would be such only because of the challengers who were not up to par: “We will never get rid of them, if the level of the challengers is this”. Someone else instead complimented Polposition: “You can think what you want, but I like these champions a lot, for me they are very good and very nice, I’m very happy that they are still champions, I hope they continue to be so for a long time.”
