Why do so many former citizens’ income recipients not accept the job offers offered to them? This question was the spark that ignited the debate on Dritto e rovescio, the politics and current affairs program hosted by Paolo Del Debbio. “I don’t trust it. We have already been put to the test. If you want to offer a job, you do it without cameras. Don’t come to make fun of us. We have always worked and we have dignity”, said Mary in the connection. The woman’s words attracted the intervention of Daniele Capezzone who, first of all, wanted to highlight the flaws in that measure. “If you remove the income, the false invalids return”, pointed out the editorial director of Libero, who however was soon interrupted by his interlocutor. “The false invalids are leaving with the ADI (Inclusion Allowance),” he wanted to specify.

Do you understand that the Italians who paid 10 billion a year for the citizen’s income are pissed off?”, he asked Mary. The tones in the studio have warmed up. Loud roar from the audience.
