VENICE – Ferrari worth 320 thousand euros on fire on the Rizzardi ramp in Mestre. Just before 10am today, July 1st, firefighters rushed to a fire in a Ferrari 296 GTS.
Ferrari, fire on the ring road ramp
The driver of the spider who was taking part in a sporting event starting from Tronchetto and heading to the Dolomites, noticed that something was wrong, stopped and got out together with the other passenger, while the car caught fire: neither of them was injured. The firefighters arrived with two fire trucks, and put out the powerful hybrid-powered car with foam, which was irreparably destroyed. The firefighters’ technicians are examining the causes of the fire.
