‘Terni Case’, Firefighters and Arpa in Prisciano | On ASL it’s still ‘yellow’

After the order of the mayor of Terni, Stefano Bandecchi, on the ‘Terni case’, the blitz and the declarations on the possible halt to the production of Arvedi-Ast, today, July 1st, inspections by the Fire Brigade and Arpa personnel are planned regarding the problem of vibrations and cracks that have formed on some walls of the houses in the Prisciano neighborhood. But the real problem remains the modus operandi of the ASL. Once again, the ASL itself carried out an inspection in via dell’Industria without warning anyone, at random, and without taking into account a list that had been provided, with the precise indication of the houses where the phenomenon of vibrations constitutes only a ‘noise’ inconvenience and where, instead, there are also cracks. Logic would dictate that the Fire Brigade go where the houses have cracks to check the statics of the buildings, while the ASL personnel should have gone to the places indicated in the list, where the houses with strong vibrations had been precisely indicated.

Terni Case, ASL “Dust yes, vibrations no”

We remember that in the Prisciano neighborhood there are people forced to take drops to sleep, but no one showed up at the homes of these citizens. The representatives of the Prisciano Terni Est Committee are already in contact with the person responsible for the inspections and, in the next few days, there will be other developments, because, obviously, ‘improvised’ checks and inspections and without some logic do not produce reliable data in order to keep under control I control these phenomena. However, the ASL communicated that during the inspection in recent days it found the presence of dust, but no vibration phenomena were detected. Going to a ‘random’ home and at ‘random’ times is obviously not a suitable methodology for observing what is due. Now we are waiting for the reports from the Fire Brigade, Arpa and Local Health Authority. We will see.
