Fatal accident that cost the life of a 28-year-old boy, who after colliding with the motorcycle driven by his brother fell tens of meters into a ravine. It happened in the province of Brescia, along the provincial road that runs along Lake Valvestino. The two brothers were heading towards Gargnano on board their motorcycles during the morning of today, .
Luca Guastella, 28, had moved to Como a few months ago, with his partner, and was working in Switzerland. This morning, June 30, he had gone out with his brother and other friends on a motorbike for a ride around Lake Garda.
Around midday, the 28-year-old lost control of the vehicle during a curve and collided first with his brother’s motorcycle that was riding in front of him, then with the guardrail. Luca’s motorcycle remained on the edge of the road after the impact, but he fell down a ravine for several dozen meters.
The rescues
At that point the brother immediately alerted the emergency services: paramedics, police and firefighters arrived at the scene of the accident and confirmed the death of the motorcyclist, at the end of the difficult operations to recover the body, for which it was necessary to close the road.
