Autopsy results
Yesterday, Friday, June 28, an autopsy was performed on the courier’s body by Professor Mario Gabbrielli. Initial information suggests that Del Rio died from suffocation or strangulation. The autopsy ruled out the use of firearms, but it was not possible to determine the precise date of death, further complicating the investigation.
Investigations underway
Next week, the Carabinieri RIS will return to the site of the discovery for further investigations. The hope is that new elements may emerge to clarify the circumstances of the murder and identify those responsible.
