However, the Democratic Party representatives are not in agreement Municipality 5 (Ticinese, Chiesa Rossa, Porta Lodovica, San Gottardo, Zona Bocconi, Vigentino), who today ask to review the agreement: “The costs they are too tall, the agreement with Palazzo Marino must be revisited”, he protests Mattia Cousins, municipal councilor for Urban Planning, Environment and Mobility. “Lower prices are necessary. Given the situation and the problems linked to the cost of housing in the city, the risk that the Scalo Romana becomes a fortified citadel, inaccessible to mostand not the center of an urban regeneration project to restore spaces to the city and respond to the demands of those who live there”, his words to Fanpage.it. “This is a city ​​drawing exclusive, which we do not agree with.”
