New violent episode this morning in Madonna Bianca. Suddenly, numerous residents of the Towers were alerted by shots coming from the parking lot of one of the towers.
A woman in her 40s (see photo) was attacking herself very violently with a bar against a parked car owned by a roommate who lived in the same tower.
The incredible scene lasted a long time despite some residents trying to dissuade the woman from continue to attack the car.

Some people even called the Carabinieri, who never arrived, while others alerted the 118 health workers, thinking that the woman had gone “out of her mind”. After two hours, not even the health workers were seen. In the meantime the woman had calmly returned home after finishing the “Work”.
The owner of the car returned from work and found herself the car was practically destroyed with damages quantified at around 4,000 euros. The entire bodywork was ruined, the mirrors were torn off, and the windscreen and all the windows were shattered into a thousand pieces.
The woman went to make a regular report at the police station with some witnesses in tow. Unfortunately for her, to add insult to injury, a terrible insult also arrived.
In fact, the crime of damage was first eliminated in 2015 and then completely canceled by the Cartabia reform. Consequently, as reported, the woman will be able to file a complaint to obtain compensation in civil court but not in criminal court.
It is not known the reason for the woman’s violent behavior, although it seems that a couple of years ago there had been a mild exchange between the two discussion at a condominium meeting.
One had complained about the degradation created by the pigeons proposing to remove them from the Towers, the other did not agree and from here a small argument arose.
The forty-year-old, who will now have to answer for damages, seems to be known as a “peculiar” woman. Residents are now very worried that the episode will repeat itself, perhaps against their cars.
