Message to the workers of the Revenue Agency-Collection
The verification meeting required by the agreement on teleworking took place today.
The representative of the organization communicated that of the 140 positions foreseen by the agreement, they have been received 663 questions which were analytically examined in order to prepare the ranking.
No. were accepted. 127 instances, a further 5 are in the preliminary investigation phase and 8 are still to be assigned.
There are also a number of disabled workers in serious situations pursuant to art.3 paragraph 3 L.104/92 who have not submitted the application for access to teleworking within the established deadlines.
It was agreed to give the latter the opportunity to submit the application now, without prejudice to the criteria, requirements and conditions set out in the agreement.
It is understood that starting from next year all applications will have to be resubmitted in order to prepare the new ranking.
During the meeting the undersigned Secretaries formalized the cancellation of the supplementary contract current company, as provided for in Article 1 thereof.
The Parties agreed that the expiring supplementary contract will continue to apply for the time necessary to define the renewal negotiation.
The next meeting has been scheduled for 11 July, with the awarding of the company health insurance policy on the agenda.
