Constitution of the Coordination of the Lazio Paths Network (RCL). Expression of interest

Individuate And take a census the organizations (Associations, Foundations) non-profit organizations operating in Lazio and which have the social goals enhancement and promotion of the assets and activities relating to the Lazio Paths Network (RCL) as provided for by Regional Law 10 March 2017 n. 2. and subsequently share the methods and methodology for identifying the representative within the Coordination.

This is the purpose of the Expression of Interest approved by the Presidency Affairs, Tourism, Cinema, Audiovisual and Sport Directorate.

The requirements to be met – at the date of publication of this Expression of Interest – are the following:

1. Have obtained or submitted an application for recognition of legal personality to the competent authority;
2. Have in its statute, among the social objectives, the valorisation and promotion of the goods and activities provided for in the aforementioned Law. The paths recognized by the Lazio Region are, pursuant to art. 2 of Law 2/2017 the “Via Francigena” and pursuant to art. 16 of the same, the “Way of San Benedetto”, the “Way of San Francesco”, “Way of Light/Via Amerina” and the “Way of the Parks”;
3. Have proven experience, gained over the years, referring both to the implementation of interventions for the valorisation and promotion of the assets and activities envisaged in the aforementioned Law on routes and to collaboration activities with local authorities through, for example, program agreements, planning protocols agreement, initiatives etc.;
4. Have an operational headquarters in the Lazio Region.

The acceptances, drawn up on the form attached to this notice, with the relevant documentation, must be received by 11.59pm on 20 July 2024 exclusively by means of Certified Electronic Mail (PEC) to the following address [email protected]. The following wording must be included in the subject of the PEC: “Regional law 10 March 2017, n. 2. Establishment of the Coordination of the Lazio Paths Network (RCL) Expression of interest”.
