Liguria, economic development: the regional tender for logistics innovations starts today

Active from todayand it will remain open until July 12th on the door ‘Online Announcements by Filse, the one million euro regional tender in favor of innovation and digitalisation of activities operating in the logistics sector. An opportunity that allows micro, small and medium-sized enterprises in the sector to access non-repayable contributions equal to 50% of the investments made. Eligible expenses include the purchase of equipment and machinery, software dedicated to the management and planning of the logistics process, means of transport auxiliary to the activities (e.g. forklifts), road transport vehicles powered exclusively or hybridly by alternative fuels to petrol /diesel (e.g. LNG, methanol or hydrogen), marketing products aimed at expanding the market (at least in Italian/English) and construction interventions. To be considered eligible for regional contributions, projects cannot be less than 5 thousand euros. Interventions started, provided they are not completed, starting from 1 July 2023 are also eligible. Interested companies will be able to request up to 300 thousand euros as a non-repayable grant.

“To modernize the logistics process and improve the efficiency and safety of our ports, we have activated a new measure to accompany the investments of Ligurian companies – explains the councilor for Economic Development with responsibility for Ports and Logistics Alessio Piana -. With this second edition, in addition to supporting the purchase of machinery and interventions useful for the digitalisation of company management processes already foreseen with the previous measure, we allow companies to request concessions also for the purchase of work equipment on the dock or vehicles on road powered by LNG or hydrogen. The hope – adds councilor Alessio Piana – is to replicate the success of the last tender, which attracted the interest of 35 companies, all eligible for regional contribution”.
