Driving a Ferrari, as we know, is a luxury for a few. But driving the first electric Ferrari could be even more elite, given the very high price. According to a Reuters article, which interviewed a reliable source, the first electric Ferrari will cost at least 500,000 euros. But it will be easy to exceed 600,000 euros if you want to give a personal touch to the car.
It is undoubtedly a very high price, even by Ferrari standards. Looking at the financial data of the Maranello company, in fact, the average sales price is around 350,000 euros, options included. Letting your imagination travel – and looking at the price lists – just over 200,000 euros are “enough” to drive a Ferrari Roma.

The importance of electrics for Ferrari is demonstrated by the expansion plans of the historic Modena factory in Maranello. Already in 2022 the company purchased a large plot of land, specifically to expand the factory with a new pavilion dedicated to the production of electric cars called e-Building. The structure will be inaugurated on June 21st by the President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella.
According to the same source, the expansion plan will allow Ferrari to go from producing 14,000 cars a year to producing more than 20,000 cars. There is therefore a lot of optimism about the public’s reception of the car, despite the price. Or perhaps it will be the price that makes it even more desired. And John Elkann also spoke about great sensations, who in a short speech in a podcast announced that he had already tried the electric. “I tried the new electric Ferrari, it’s incredible. And it’s totally different than you might expect” declared the president of Stellantis.
“For us, the electric car is a blank canvas that allows us to use new technologies, coming from the electrical and electronic world, and to truly be able to create and design a very different car” he then continued. “If you like driving, the thrills and emotions you will experience in this car will be simply exceptional” he then concluded.
In closing, a confirmation on the launch date: John Elkann once again reiterated the arrival in 2025despite the brand’s CEO, Benedetto Vigna, recently speaking of an important advance on the roadmap that the company had given itself.
