Lexia continues to grow with the opening, at the Milan headquarters, of a department dedicated to Business Crises, Insolvency Procedures and Distressed M&A. The lawyer will lead this team Cristian Fischetti (pictured), who joins the firm as a partner.
Cristian Fischetti joins from Dentons and has over 18 years of experience in the field of corporate crisis and insolvency proceedings, with a specific focus on negotiated resolution of the crisis, debt restructuring agreements, certified recovery plans, preventive settlements and extraordinary administrations of large companies in difficulty.
Fischetti assists funds and financial institutions in investing in companies in crisis, through turnaround and distressed M&A operations, also through new finance. It also deals with sales and purchases of UTP/NPL credits, both portfolios and single names, as well as bankruptcy litigation (in particular, revocation actions). He is registered in the List of Experts for the negotiated settlement of business crises held by the Chamber of Commerce of Milan, Monza Brianza and Lodi.
