The business culture met the expression of the culture of the city of Todi. It happened in Pantalla, at Elcom System, whose factories produce patented thermal insulation panels which are exported to numerous countries around the world, from the Middle East to Costa Rica.
Giammario Granieri welcomed the group organized by Pro Todi which reached the company headquarters by bus. Alongside his sister Simonetta and some collaborators, Giammario Granieri it illustrated the complex structure of the work and the spirit that guides the companyfounded by Commendator Luigi, the father, sixty years ago now.
It is not the first of these “made in Elcom System” initiativesdesired by the owners to cultivate relationships with the territory, by doing knowing the production technologies but above all the human resources, the men, at the center of all company choices, as it has always been since 1920, when the Granieri entrepreneurial dynasty began to take its first steps with the first generation personified by grandfather Mariano.
Giammario Granieri, at the entrance to the management officesplaced emphasis on the low average age of the workers and on the fact that the company, unlike others, has no difficulty in finding motivated staff, committed as they are to their training, qualification and gratification.
The meeting continued with a visit to the various departments of the factory, a hotbed of patented products thanks to a research and development department always working on innovation issues and the response to new customer needs, where and when possible, anticipating their requests.
In this regard, a new panel is expected soon, with characteristics still classified, which will be characterized as absolutely cutting-edge architectural solution.
