A beautiful Italian naked motorbike at a truly affordable price. It is already highly anticipated by all motorcyclists
The market offers many different models of motorcycles belonging to different categories. One of the most loved is undoubtedly that of naked. The latter contains captivating and aggressive motorbikes, in which superstructures and aerodynamic protections have been eliminated, so that the internal “musculature” of the vehicle can be enhanced.
These are therefore motorcycles without fairings, fairings and other mechanical or support components that usually embellish the majority of motorcycles. However, vehicles belonging to the naked category unfortunately have a fairly high list price. In Italy, however, a model could arrive with an unprecedented quality/price ratio.
The low-cost Italian naked motorbike that can revolutionize the market
At the recent Motorcycle Show, the Benelli presented a new naked which recalls, in some details, the 752 S model, also produced by the Marche company, now controlled by the Chinese Qianjiang Motor group, in turn owned by the Geely Holding Group, an automotive giant.
The model in question is the Benelli 902 S, for now exclusively intended for the Asian market. As mentioned, it is a motorcycle that derives from the 752 S: the two models in fact share the tube frameThe oval headlight, the mirrors, the design of the tank and the rear and the fork sliders. And not only that: the 902 S and the 752 S even share the wheelbase (1,460 mm) and tire sizes (120/70 ZR 17 at the front and 180/55 ZR 17 at the rear). Both also feature Full LED headlights, a color LCD display, Marzocchi shock absorbers, Brembo brake calipers and two-channel ABS.
However, what distinguishes them most is the engine: the Benelli 902 S is in fact powered by a 904 cm³ engine, while the 752 S has a 754 cm³ engine. This means that the new naked will have superior performance compared to the previous model, as it will release a power of 105 horsepower. Its maximum speed will reach 225 km/h while the 752 S model reaches 190 km/h.
At the moment, information on the marketing of the motorcycle in Europe has not yet arrived. We do, however, know what its price is on the Chinese market where it will soon be sold. The initial cost is 39,800 Yuan which corresponds to approximately 5,100 euros. Probably, if it were to arrive on our markets, the valuation will be higher.
