Numerous interventions were carried out by the Novara firefighters yesterday, Saturday 15 June. The firefighters went into action in Trecate, Galliate and Ghemme.
The road accident in Trecate
The Novara fire brigade command announced that it had conducted an intervention in Trecate due to a road accident yesterday morning, Saturday 15 June. Two cars were involved, while one person was injured in the collision between the cars. On site, in addition to the firefighters, there were the men of 118 and the municipal police of Trecate who carried out the necessary investigations.
The car on fire in Galliate
In the late afternoon of Saturday, however, the firefighters were called to Galliate for a car fire. After putting out the fire, firefighters proceeded to make the area safe. The carabinieri and officers of the Galliate municipal police were also on site.
The fire in a farmhouse in Ghemme
At approximately 6.30 pm, however, the men of the Romagnano Sesia detachment intervened in Ghemme due to a fire in a farmhouse. The flames broke out in the center of the town and the damage was immediately extensive. The police, the mayor and municipal technicians also showed up on site and proceeded to ban access to the structure.
