SOLARO – A car overturned and six injured is the toll of the accident that occurred tonight, between Friday 14th and Saturday 15th June, in Corso Europa.
At the moment there is still no detailed reconstruction of what happened but there is talk of three cars involved and the violent impact between two cars which ended up involving one of the oncoming vehicles. The noise of the crash attracted residents who raised the alarm and mobilized emergency services.
The staff of the Areu operations room sent three ambulances to the scene (Croce Rossa Saronno and Lomazzo and Croce Azzurra of Rovellasca) and the medical vehicle of Garbagnate.
Moreover, the conditions of the injured immediately appeared worrying and they were all hospitalized under code yellow in the hospitals of Desio and Saronno. The healthcare staff cared for a 20-year-old, three 23-year-olds, a 22-year-old and a 39-year-old.
The intervention of the firefighters of the Saronno detachment and the Rho carabinieri was essential to make the road safe and carry out investigations to trace the dynamics. The vehicles were removed and seized.
